To my surprise I have discovered that a preacher I once asked to pray for me is the one who needs prayer. This former television preacher has stated on his website, Continue reading
Mom and I have grandma’s King James Bible. It is so old and worn out. We are trying to hold it together with Elmer’s glue and tape. Many of grandma’s notes in it are difficult to make out because they have faded so much but there is something that she wrote on a sheet of notebook paper and stuck it in the very back of her Bible that I want to share here. Continue reading
Most professing Christian people today are apostates, but there is also a small group out there who think they are “Snow White.” What do I mean by “Snow White”? People who believe they are perfect and without any blemish or sin. They go around looking to nit pick on everything about other people whether it be something big or something small. Their judgments of others may be correct or incorrect. They fail to gather facts but worst of all they eliminate themselves from the scripture which says Continue reading
An email has come to our website. It was pretty hateful. This person was too coward to give a legitimate return address. Since this person was too coward to give a valid name and email to hear my reply in private I believe that their hateful message to me should be shared publicly. Continue reading
Mom and I watched this movie last night from a recording I made when the movie aired on TBN years ago. It is amazing how the picture of everything changes once the Lord begins waking you up to all the apostasy going on. The first time we viewed this film we thought it was a nice Christian family type film with a good moral for young people. Now, years later after viewing it again all we see is a nice family type film teaching good morals. You see the difference? The word “Christianity” is gone. Continue reading
Growing up I often heard the names Nelson Rockefeller and John D. Rockefeller. They were considered wealthy and respectable at that time. Reading through this biography on John Rockefeller a person would think that the man was probably a fine, charitable Christian man. This proves how an author can sway words and hide dirt to make anyone look any way they want to. Continue reading
Isn’t it something how people organize and get religious when a celebrity preacher gets ill or gets exposed publicly for some sin? Without naming names there should be a list of people to come to mind from the last thirty years. Thousands, even millions, of professing Christian people all start praying for their ‘heroes’ who in their eyes never do any wrong. But the average person in this world who is not famous and does not receive television attention gets ignored. When the average person is ill or dying of some fatal cancer these church people don’t care. They shove those people aside like lepers. Continue reading
It is amazing how angry church people get when you tell them that the Bible says homosexuality is an abomination.
Trinity Broadcasting Network (and possibly other religious networks too) was founded by a homosexual. Homosexuality has overcome churches everywhere including the preachers whether married with children or not. Continue reading
There was once a man who asked me to pray for him to get a particular, expensive wrist watch that he wanted. He reasoned that it was ‘God’s will‘ for him. He often asked me to pray for him for many things going against him in his life including the loss of his ministry that he wanted to rebuild. He said that he had lost everything, even his marriage was unstable. Yes, this man was a preacher. Continue reading
How many who call themselves “Christian” actually know what the word means?
Once I came out and asked someone this question who had been a culprit behind much gossip about me. Do you know that while this person considered themselves ‘a good Christian’ that when posed with that question they could not really give an answer. Ah, but this person was a regular and active church goer every week, yet the only definition this person could give for being a “Christian” was “to be a good person.” Continue reading
